When it comes to running an online business, you do need tools/apps to help you run your business smoothly.
So today I am sharing with you my go-to business tools that have work to run my business.
1 | Dubsado
Dubsado is a CRM and it helps me run all of my Design projects smoothly. With this program, I can Send Proposals, Contracts and Invoices in a timely manner but I can also send out reminders out to clients on an invoice that needs to be paid or simply keep all of the client communication on their project in one single place.
2 | GSuite
I use GSuite for Business to do different tasks that I need. I use Gmail for Emails and this is where people either email me to know more about my services or simply want to say Hi. I use Google Docs to write my blog post and social media post so that that I can work on them anytime that I need them to work on them, I also use Google Calendar to keep all of my appointments in on place, so I also use google calendar to blog times for client work and business time which has been on of the best tools for time management.
3 | Asana
Asana is my go-to in-house project management tool to keep track of my content calendar, admin tasks and so much more and the best part is that it’s FREE to stay organized in your business.
4 | Later
When it comes to Instagram, I like to plan and schedule out my content so that I can stay consistent on it and if I don’t plan and schedule it out, chances are it would not happen.
So to stay consistent on Instagram I use Later and this app, it has helped me to stay consistent with a written plan that goes hand in hand with later.
5 | Mailerlite
My go-to Email Marketing is Mailerlite, you can get started for Free with 1,000 and send out 12,000 emails per month.
So, it’s very straightforward to use the platform and is very beginner-friendly for anyone who wants to get started building their email list for their business.
