If you are reading this in January, Happy new year and hope that you had a wonderful Christmas Holiday and enjoyed your time off with your family!
Today, I am going to talk about taking the time out of your day to set goals for your business as well as for your website. Most business experts talk a lot about setting business goals but they either forget to mention or might not even think of setting goals and outcomes when it comes to their website.
When it comes to website new years goals; the first thing that you have to think of is in what outcome do you want your website to archive? Do you want your website to bring in more sales to your products on the shop page or do you want clients to buy your services packages or signup for your membership? whatever the outcome you want your website to have, you have to make sure that you set up your website to succeed in the outcomes you are asking for from your website.
Whatever you want the outcome of the website to achieve, the best way to start is simply to sit down with a pen and paper and brainstorm all you want your website to do for you and your business, chances are that when you are done brainstorming, you will see a pattern of common outcomes that with become the goal.
For example, if you are seeing a lot about bringing in income throw your services, then you will visually see that the goal of your website is to bring in more clients to your website and the outcome is for them to purchase one of your services package.
